About the Role: Valuation & Advisory This is a chance to become a true expert in commercial real estate valuation. Our market leading Valuation & Advisory department doesn’t aim to be the biggest in the industry, but in what we do, we aim to be the best. We are involved in some of the most high profile real estate clients and buildings across Central London and the wider UK. This pathway will see you remain in valuation for the majority of your training, working in either our retail, Central London, industrial, niche or fund valuation team or in one of our regional offices. As a valuer, you will learn to understand an element of most aspects of commercial real estate, as all valuers need to have a view on capital markets, leasing and development. Valuation gives you the best grounding in real estate at the start of your career. Although this is a non-rotational training programme, you will still have the opportunity to do one rotation of up to 3 months in another Cushman & Wakefield service line, to ensure you have the right experience to obtain your APC qualification. The graduate programme will provide the tools and support required to sit your Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to become an RICS accredited Graduate Surveyor by the end of your programme.

Eligibility

• Expected 2.1 or higher in your undergraduate degree (If your undergraduate degree is not RICS accredited you will need to undertake a Msc whilst completing your graduate programme with us)
• GCSE grade ‘B/5’ in both Maths and English
• Successful candidates must by the start of their employment have permission to work in the UK
