TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organization that prioritizes customer satisfaction. They are expanding and seeking a Helpdesk Coordinator/Operative to join their team located in Bevis Marks, London, on a temp to perm basis.

Your duties will include bridging the communication gap between operations and helpdesk, ensuring all administrative duties are completed accurately and promptly, delivering excellent customer service, and managing work orders through Planon and SharePoint systems to meet SLA’s and KPI’s.

Role Requirements:
  • Providing a link between the Operations and Helpdesk teams, serving as the main contact for all PPM task-related issues.
  • Coordinating all PPM compliance-related tasks.
  • Aligning in-house and subcontractors for the delivery of PPM activities, including report collation and corrective actions.
  • Proactively managing escalated issues professionally and promptly.
  • Providing customer feedback to relevant internal teams.
  • Participating in weekly meetings with the client to update on the status of statutory PPM and remedials.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • GCSEs or equivalent qualifications.
  • Previous experience in a general administration role.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Positive and professional attitude.
  • Good knowledge of Planon or similar CAFM systems.
Job Details:
  • Hours: 7am to 7pm on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern.
  • Pay rate: £13.00 per hour.
  • Location: Bevis Marks, London.
