Job summary

Resourcing Group are seeking an EIA Consultant for a permanent role in Cardiff. The successful candidate will deliver Environmental Impact Assessments for major infrastructure projects with a focus on water environments.

The role blends technical analysis, fieldwork, and client engagement. Applicants should have 2+ years EIA chapter experience and a degree in a numerate/environmental discipline; postgraduate qualification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years EIA chapter experience required.
• Degree (2:1 or above) in a numerate/environmental discipline.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Postgraduate qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hydrology, hydrogeology and water environment EIA chapters.
• Use GIS, CAD, and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Lead site visits and support health and safety processes.
• Manage small projects and proposals up to £10k.
• Progress towards professional chartership.
