Job summary

Overview Ltd. is seeking an EHSQ Officer in the UK to lead the day-to-day management, auditing and optimisation of the Integrated Management System.

You will ensure ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance while translating regulatory requirements into practical processes for operational excellence. You will work cross-functionally to drive improvements in safety, quality and environmental performance, supporting robust training and engagement across teams while navigating BPSS and potential SC

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven experience in a similar EHSQ role and working environment.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Awareness of health, safety, environmental and quality requirements in engineering/production.
• Proactive, able to manage workload and promote practical H&S culture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across the business.
• Ability to read UK legislation and compliance requirements.
• Strong digital skills to create reports and track KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve the Integrated Management System to ISO 9001/14001.
• Plan and carry out internal audits, manage NCRs, root cause analysis and CAPA closure.
• Conduct risk assessments, Job Safety Analyses and safety walks.
• Lead investigations into incidents and near misses with preventive actions.
• Support training, onboarding and continuous improvement across the organisation.
• Ensure compliance with PPE, ESD and other regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to simplify processes and drive digitalisation of records.
