Job summary

Accrofab Ltd is recruiting an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Technician for the Day Shift across our Derby and Alcester sites. The role is 39 hours per week with site-specific start/finish times and breaks as listed.

You will support the maintenance and audit of ISO14001/ISO45001 aligned EHS systems, track EHS KPIs and engage in walk-the-floor routines to improve safety performance. You will participate in JSO activities and assist risk assessments and incident investigations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with environmental, health & safety management systems (ISO14001/ISO45001) is preferred.
• Ability to support audits, walk the floor routines and report findings.
• Strong focus on safety, incident prevention and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and audit of EHS management systems in line with ISO14001 and ISO45001.
• Maintain EHS KPI data and reporting.
• Support walk the floor routines to control and improve EHS performance.
• Participate in Job Safety Observations and ensure critical safety processes are observed.
• Assist in risk assessments and actions to contain or escalate issues.
• Contribute to investigation, problem-solving and follow-up of EHS issues.
