This key role involves developing emergency response plans, conducting drills, and training, with a focus on sustainability and continuous improvement. Candidates should have NEBOSH and ideally IEMA certifications, with strong program management skills.

The role:
The EHS Specialist will play a key role in managing workplace health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with UK regulations and industry standards. This role has a particular focus on driving environmental management initiatives, ensuring compliance with UK environmental legislation, and supporting sustainability goals. The successful candidate will also lead the development and execution of site-wide emergency response plans, conduct regular drills, and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure effective preparedness for incidents.
Candidates must hold a NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health (or equivalent), along with a relevant environmental qualification such as the IEMA Certificate in Environmental Management.
