Job Opportunity: EHS Manager

Join a leading international technical engineering and construction main contractor as an EHS Manager. This role offers a salary of £60,000 - £65,000 plus travel allowance, stay away allowances, discretionary bonus, pension, holidays, private medical insurance, and career progression opportunities. The position is suitable for an experienced health & safety professional eager to impact high-value, complex industrial projects.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure projects comply with UK health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure timely closure of actions.
• Manage inductions for site operatives and subcontractors.
• Oversee site welfare, permits to work, and COSHH compliance.
• Promote a safety-first culture across all sites.

Requirements:

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
• Experience working on UK construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation.
• Located near Chichester and willing to travel.
