We’re hiring an EHS Manager for our Chapel-en-le-Frith plant.

In this key role, you'll report to the Plant Manager and lead all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) activities, ensuring full compliance with local and national regulations while fostering a strong safety culture on-site.

What you’ll do:

1. Manage and improve the plant’s EHS systems and procedures
2. Lead compliance efforts for environmental permits, hazardous materials, and safety standards
3. Deliver training, lead audits, and oversee the site Safety Committee
4. Collaborate with the Plant Manager and key stakeholders across production, engineering, and quality
5. Act as the main contact for Corporate EHS and external service providers

What we’re looking for:

• IEMA Certificate in Environmental Management (a plus)
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and experience in manufacturing (automotive, aerospace, pharma, etc.)
