Job description

Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturer in their search for a EHS Coordinator to work in their leading facility in Stafford Park.

For the successful EHS Coordinator our client is offering:

  • Starting salary ranging from £35,000 - £42,000 per annum - Depends on experience
  • Working Day shifts - 8:15am - 4:30pm with a 3:30pm finish on Fridays
  • Permanent opportunities available within a well respected Automotive Manufacturer
  • Free on site Parking

The role - EHS Coordinator:

  • Establish, maintain and optimise an effective system in accordance with ISO 14001:2015 & working towards ISO 45001:2018
  • Holding meetings with the Management team and identifying / relaying EHS goals & objectives
  • Implementing Health & Safety protocols/measure ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Providing leadership to the Shopfloor in all aspects of Health & Safety / Best practices
  • Provide facility managed services to ensure all equipment is operational
  • Generating assessment documentation, incident and accident reports & health and safety manuals
  • Working to continuously improve the EHS system
  • Define & manage internal/external audit calendars
  • Reporting to management, HSE, ISO and other regulatory agencies
  • Preparing and submitting Health & Safety documents

What our client is looking for in a EHS Coordinator:

  • Our client is looking for somebody who has NEBOSH, IOSH or OSHA - Essential
  • A minimum of 2 years in a similar H&S related role
  • Detailed knowledge of relevant H&S regulations
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong knowledge relating to ISO
