Telent Technology Services Ltd is recruiting for an EHS Advisor to promote best practice in health, safety and environment across highways operations. You will travel regularly to sites, coach, review RAMS and related docs, and ensure compliance with EHS legislation.
We welcome applicants with prior EHS experience or those looking to pivot from operational roles. A driving licence is required and overnight stays may be needed.
Right across infrastructure, there’s a requirement to not only maintain, but also renew and reimagine. Whatever stage you’re at in your career, with us you’ll have an opportunity to grow and develop. Delivering essential infrastructure services for life, while being safety first, and client and customer centric in a friendly, fun and respectful environment where you are encouraged to thrive.
Reporting to the EHS Manager, the successful EHS Advisor will promote good practice relating to EHS and coach individuals to improve overall health, safety and environmental practices within the Highways operations. Support the adoption of all relevant EHS legislation. This will involve travel to sites on the side of the motorway and major trunk roads, including overnight stays, so flexibility is required. Ideally candidates will be Midlands based.
We are looking for committed and focused individuals who have previous experience in an EHS Advisor role or hands-on operational experts who want to pivot into a rewarding career in safety. We welcome applications from current Site Supervisors, Lead Engineers or Inspectors with a demonstrable interest in Health, Safety and Environmental assurance.
At Telent, we’re committed to creating an inclusive culture where everyone feels valued, supported, and able to thrive. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and encourage diverse perspectives across our teams.
Join us and help deliver critical infrastructure projects that make a real difference.
