LIMS Data Migration Analyst - EHR

London Bridge

Full Time - 37.5 hours per week

Fixed Term Contract - September 2025

This role offers an opportunity to be part of the UK’s largest private healthcare provider, specializing in complex care, with hospitals rated outstanding by the CQC.

We are recruiting an EHR Digital Programme LIMS Data Migration Analyst as part of our digital transformation initiatives, including implementing a real-time Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform to enhance patient safety and care quality.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing quality and compliance with QA/testing teams
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on data migration requirements
• Developing and executing data migration strategies
• Extracting, transforming, and loading data from legacy systems
• Data cleansing, normalization, and validation
• Creating documentation such as data mapping and migration plans
• Testing and validating migrated data for compliance
• Providing technical support during migration
• Working with IT and vendors to resolve technical issues
• Managing technical components of partner relationships, including support and issue resolution
• Developing a system readiness plan and assessing user readiness
• Supporting change management and transition activities

Requirements:

• Experience with digital pathology, histology, cytology
• Knowledge of blood bank workflows
• Experience with healthcare technologies (LIMS, LIS, Digital Pathology, MEDITECH)
• Understanding of HL7 interfaces
• Experience with system integrations
