Job summary

Safran Engineering Services is seeking an Electrical Harness Installation (EHI) Routing Design Leader to develop capabilities in the UK. The role, located in Derby after initial training in Toulouse, requires managing electrical harness activities and ensuring delivery quality.

The ideal candidate will have an electrical engineering degree, over 5 years of experience, and strong skills in team and activity management. Benefits include 5 weeks holiday, a pension scheme, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years total experience in electrical engineering.
• At least 2 years in activity management and team management.
• 3 years minimum of electrical 3D CAD experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical harness installation resources and activities.
• Ensure delivery of harness 3D models and manage productivity metrics.
• Maintain quality and timeliness of deliverables.
