The ideal candidate will have experience in related fields, an HND or equivalent, and strong interpersonal skills. This role includes training support during critical implementation phases and requires travel throughout the service area.

Fixed Term or Secondment Opportunity* for 1 year due to improvement in service delivery.

NHS Forth Valley Digital eHealth training team require a highly motivated and experienced eHealth Trainer/Facilitator to provide Digital and related eHealth clinical system training to staff and clinicians.

In addition, you will provide training & support during the implementation phase of the GP IT Clinical Systems Replacement. You will work as part of a team of Digital eHealth staff who deliver project management, project support & Digital eHealth training & coaching to staff and clinicians across NHS Forth Valley.

You will demonstrate excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to work with a wide range of user abilities, be able to work on your own as well as contribute to the project teams and liaise with both clinical and non-clinical staff at all levels.

Educated to HND level or experienced in a related field of work, you should have demonstrable experience in the use of Digital Systems. Knowledge of eHealth clinical systems, such as Patient Management Systems used in the NHS, would be desirable. Additionally, knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications would be beneficial. You will be expected to work at locations across NHS Forth Valley.

Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.

The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.
