NHS Scotland seeks a dedicated support professional to assist users across NHS Lothian. Your role will involve technical support, system maintenance, and user training. This position is integral to ensuring effective service delivery within the tech environment of NHS services.

Job Purpose: Provide support for users across NHS Lothian, responding to user requests for support, acting as the first point of escalation from the service desk. Provide technical services for the installation, configuration, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of desktop computer systems and associated software and peripherals. Offer advice and training to users on the use of computer systems and software.
