An educational institution in Chipping Barnet is seeking an EHCP Adviser to monitor and support EHCP students, ensuring timely responses to local authority consultations. The role requires strong IT skills and relevant qualifications, including GCSEs in English and Maths. The successful candidate will collaborate with staff to enhance the student experience and aid in transition arrangements into further education.
Hours: 24 hours per week, 38 weeks per year.
Primary Location: Southgate, but may be required to travel to any one of our main campuses.
EHCP Advisers will be responsible for responding to local authority EHCP consultations in a timely manner, identifying EHCP students and applicants requiring high needs funding within our specialist and mainstream provisions. The successful candidate will support student success through ongoing monitoring and tracking of student progress, liaising with the wider college staff to enhance the student experience, and supporting planning and transition arrangements into further education, training, and employment.
