Job summary

A reputable council in the UK is seeking an EHC Coordinator to ensure effective coordination of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) for children and families. The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent experience, with a professional background in early years, social care, health or education. Key responsibilities include coordinating multi-agency assessments, providing support to families, and leading on the development of EHCPs. This is a full-time permanent position based in Ealing, London.

Location: Ealing, London

Salary: £42,060 - £43,680 per annum, inclusive (Grade 9)

The Role

As an EHC Coordinator, you will be the key point of contact for children, young people and their families, ensuring that Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) are coordinated effectively across services.

You will work within the legislative framework of the Children & Families Act 2014, applying national and local policies to deliver high-quality, holistic support.

Key Responsibilities
