Job summary

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, Wantage site in Oxfordshire, seeks a dedicated EH&S Manager to lead and continuously improve environmental, health and safety programs on-site. This role protects people and the environment, driving a culture of safety and sustainability across operations.

You will report to Supply Chain and Site leadership, develop strategies, conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, and maintain IOS 14001 and IATF accreditations while collaborating with production

Qualifications

• Proven experience in EH&S leadership at a manufacturing site.
• Knowledge of environmental, health and safety regulations and standards.
• Ability to lead audits, investigations and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage site EH&S strategy and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with environmental permits and health/safety legislation.
• Lead incident investigations and implement preventive actions.
• Deliver EH&S training and promote safety campaigns.
• Conduct internal audits and maintain regulatory records (ISO 14001, IATF).
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, engineering and EH&S teams.
