EGRC Product Owner | London Market Insurer | 6 Months | £750 - 850 per day (Inside IR35)
As an EGRC Product Owner, you will play a vital role in the eGRC initiative, supporting the implementation of a globally aligned enterprise governance risk and compliance tool. This initiative aims to consolidate various eGRC tools and associated processes into one cost-effective and time-efficient model, leveraging IBM OpenPages. You will work closely with business sponsors and stakeholders to define and prioritize features, ensuring alignment with customer needs and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent the voice of the customer and the organization
Define and prioritize features in collaboration with business sponsors and stakeholders
Collaborate with the GRS Architecture team to ensure optimal technology support
Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring its accuracy and relevance
Work effectively as part of an agile product team, clarifying business requirements and removing roadblocks
Contribute to portfolio-level planning sessions
Collaboratively build the team product roadmap and consider strategic inputs from business stakeholders
Support the company's Agile transformation program
Experience:
Extensive experience as a Product Owner or Delivery Lead focusing on SAAS-related projects
Strong background in Regulatory and Risk Management initiatives
Familiarity with data governance, integrity, lineage, and management
Considerable industry experience in Insurance, particularly in Specialty and Commercial sectors
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and prioritize complex requirements
Experience managing third-party suppliers and development teams
