Child Protection Learning and Development Coordinator - Band 7
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with the Public Protection team as a Child Protection Learning and Development Coordinator.
The post holder requires a professional qualification at Degree level and extensive experience in child protection operational practice. They must demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of child protection issues and an understanding of wider public protection concerns.
The candidate should be able to work autonomously, possess excellent communication skills, experience in presenting to groups, facilitating group work, and developing training packages. A creative approach to organizational learning and development is also essential.
This post is 15 hours per week and works alongside an experienced Child Protection Learning and Development Coordinator. It is based at RACH, with opportunities to work from home as service needs allow. The role may require collaboration with multi-agency colleagues across Grampian.
