NHS National Services Scotland invites applications for a Speciality Registrar LAT position in Paediatrics/Neonatology at Royal Aberdeen Children's Hospital for a year-long term starting August 2025. The successful candidate will gain valuable experience in Acute Paediatrics, supported by a senior team, and must hold full GMC registration upon starting.

Speciality Registrar LAT (ST1-ST4) in Paediatrics/Neonatology

Salary: £45,504 - £71,550 per annum

Applications are invited for appointment to Locum Appointment for Training. The post is available to accommodate Doctors at ST1, ST2, ST3 and ST4 level.

This post is for one year commencing from 6/8/25 until 4/8/26. Paediatric sub-speciality experience will also be provided.

The position is available within the Children’s Services of Royal Aberdeen Children’s Hospital and Neonatal Unit in Aberdeen Maternity hospital. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to work in a dynamic Department of Acute Paediatrics with Senior, Middle Grade and Consultant support. Post holder will be expected to work out of hours as per rota.
