Role Overview:

As an Associate Director/Director in eFX Trading, you'll be responsible for managing risks associated with eFX flows, optimizing e-hedging models, and enhancing analytical solutions to boost Global Markets' performance. You'll play a key role in increasing the global eFX franchise flow and monetizing these flows using eFX engines to reduce VaR. Collaboration with Systematic Quants will be essential to customize and improve pricing and distribution engines.

Daily Responsibilities:
  1. Model Development: Partner with the eFICC team to design, develop, and implement models tailored to customer needs, identifying opportunities proactively.
  2. Data Analytics: Utilize data to optimize client configurations, engage with sales and principal risk traders to ensure competitive pricing, and drive revenue growth.
  3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales teams and voice traders to provide consistent, competitive, and timely pricing to both internal and external customers.
  4. e-Sales Growth: Collaborate with Sales to promote client self-service in electronic trading.
  5. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, stakeholders, and platforms.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • FX Expertise: Extensive background in FX, particularly in eFX offerings.
  • Electronic Markets Knowledge: Familiarity with electronic markets and products, including Spot, Forwards, and NDFs.
  • Client Interaction: Proven ability to negotiate and interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze large volumes of market tick data and client flow for post-trade analysis.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of FX regulatory frameworks and the Global FX Code of Conduct.
