Job summary

SUEZ Energy from Waste Facility in the Isle of Man is seeking an E&I Maintenance Technician to support a range of electrical and instrumentation systems. The role offers ongoing training and a path to develop specialist plant skills within a supportive team.

Join a site focused on safe operation, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement. 37.5 hours per week, with a salary in the mid-£30k range and a competitive benefits package including bonus and pension.

Qualifications

• Completed relevant engineering apprenticeship and qualified to City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).
• The ability to use Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Knowledge of wiring regulations BS7671 (18th edition).
• Suitable health and safety qualification/experience (Training can be provided).

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and instrumentation systems to ensure safe and reliable plant operation.
• Ensure all plant installations, upgrades and modifications comply with wiring regulations and standards.
• Provide technical support and supervision to junior team members and contractors on site.

SUEZ are looking for an E&I Maintenance Technician to support our Energy from Waste Plant in the Isle of Man. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team where you'll work on a wide range of electrical, control and instrumentation systems, with ongoing training available to develop your skills in specialist plant technologies.

About The Role

What will I be doing?
