TipTopJob in Doncaster, South Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Engineer to deliver effective repair, maintenance and reliability activities across the site. You will work within the engineering team to keep machinery operating safely and efficiently through reactive, corrective and planned preventative maintenance.

Duties include repairs, audits-followups, shift management, health and safety compliance, stock control and collaboration with management to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Completion of a 4-year approved technical training programme.
• Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in mechanical/electrical repair and maintenance.
• At least 5 years experience in a similar engineering role.
• Experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Carry out engineering repairs, corrective maintenance, and planned preventative maintenance across the site.
• Complete tasks generated from audits, work requests, and PPM follow-ups.
• Ensure machinery and equipment meet site standards, escalating issues where necessary.
• Manage personal workload and complete scheduled tasks to required standards.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping across all engineering work areas.
