Job summary

D&D Corporation Ltd in High Wycombe is recruiting a Packer to support our growing e-commerce business. You will check customer orders, print shipping labels, and pack items to a high standard while maintaining stock accuracy and a neat warehouse.

The role requires an honest, hardworking, and organised individual who can work autonomously, lift up to 10 kg, and follow health and safety policies. Parking is provided and staff discounts on branded products.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths required.
• 1–2 years warehouse experience desirable.
• Ability to check and prepare customer orders accurately.
• Knowledge of industrial packaging techniques and materials.
• Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety policies applicable to warehouses.
• Ability to stand long hours and lift 10 kg safely.
• Ability to stack goods safely on pallets for bulk shipments.
• Honest, hard-working, organised and able to work autonomously.
• Good common sense and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Locating the correct goods as per customer orders and picking list.
• Using trolley or pump truck to move goods from storage areas to packaging areas.
• Inspecting goods for damage or faults before packing.
• Using appropriate packaging materials to safely package goods.
• Ensuring correct shipping label is placed on packed product as per order.
• Stacking and shrink wrapping packaged goods onto pallets for shipping.
• Keeping storage areas fully stocked at all times.
• Following health and safety policies in the warehouse.
• Stock stored correctly and safely at designated places.
• Meet weekly KPIs for accuracy, stock levels, tidiness, and parcel shipments.
