Freelance Mid-weight Creative Motion Social Designer

Creating assets that drive engagement, elevate their brand, and connect with customers?

Title: Freelance Mid-weight Creative Motion Social Designer

Length: 2 months (with a view to permanent)

Client: Monitored security solutions

Work set-up: Remote: Working 5 days a week with 1 day in-house every 2 weeks

Location: Victoria, London

Brief:

  1. Concept, design, and execute creative assets for digital advertising, social media, and performance marketing.
  2. Develop high-quality static, animated, and video content that enhances brand storytelling and drives engagement.
  3. Collaborate closely with the brand, marketing, e-commerce and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  4. Optimise creative based on performance insights, A/B testing, and audience engagement data.
  5. Multi-skilled designer – adept in creating concepts, imagery, video, and motion graphics for digital marketing.
  6. Track record of high-performing creative – proven ability to design for customer engagement, conversion, and brand aspiration.
  7. Master of key design tools – skilled in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Cinema 4D.
  8. Experience in digital advertising – understanding of paid social, programmatic, and performance marketing creative.
  9. Strong conceptual thinker – ability to develop creative ideas that translate into compelling marketing visuals.
