Job description

PE Global are an approved agency supplier to the NHS via the Health Trust Europe Framework. We are pleased to be working with one of Cheshire's leading NHS community hospitals to support their temporary agency requirements in the Macclesfield and surrounding areas.


The role:
As a District Nurse, you will be working in partnership with patients and their families to deliver person-centred, safe, and effective care in the community. You will work as part of the District Nursing team and have responsibility for a delegated caseload. The role will require you to undertake evaluation of patient care needs and ensure care plans are updated and accurate at all times, ensuring patients are able to remain independent in their own homes. You will liaise with all health care professionals and other agencies to ensure effective service delivery.
