Overview

We have an opportunity available for a Full Time Support Worker - Respite Service to join the team at Lincolnshire Respite Service - Swallow Lodge based in Lincolnshire, LN6 8UZ.

Salary: £12.00 hourly
Hours: 35 hours weekly

Responsibilities

As a Support Worker, you will have the incredible opportunity to embody our core values. Your role will involve providing exceptional care and unwavering support to service users, particularly those with learning disabilities, complex needs, and behaviour that challenges.

You will provide personal care, administer medication, and assist with domestic tasks. With your kind and compassionate heart, you will create an environment of warmth and care that will make service users feel seen and valued.

As a tailor-made supporter, you will have the opportunity to adjust your approach to each individual's unique needs, ensuring they receive the highest level of care possible. With courage in your heart, you will tackle any challenges that may arise with unwavering determination.

Qualifications

It’s important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role. On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
