We are working with a family-run and friendly nursery seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager to lead their setting. The ideal candidate will be energetic, passionate about childcare and early years education, and capable of motivating and inspiring their team.

The nursery, located in Oxted, Surrey, is looking for a full-time manager who understands the importance of meeting children's individual needs and working in partnership with families to support their development.

As a manager, you will have a visible presence in the nursery, supporting and developing your staff team, and leading by example.

You will receive administrative support from the owners, who will handle invoicing, payroll, and related tasks.

Requirements for this role include:

1. A Level 3 or higher childcare qualification
2. Leadership and management experience in early years
3. Good knowledge of EYFS
4. A passion for early years education
5. Experience with Ofsted inspections

The nursery operates for 50 weeks a year. The salary is approximately £40,000 per annum, with a 40-hour workweek.
