Your Role

As we onboard a new business function, your role will be to support the team through this discovery phase. You will create and deliver world-class service reports and analysis to support business understanding and growth across EMEA's North Retail Region, which includes the UKI, Nordic countries, Belgium, and the Netherlands.

Your role is essential for onboarding and ensuring the business is provided with accurate, relevant information presented appropriately and timely. Your work will help ensure a smooth supply flow for our retail operations, maintaining the highest level of service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Produce accurate and relevant reports for stakeholders within the group.
  • Track Key Performance Indicators, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
  • Discover, collect, and validate data from various sources.
  • Document and record processes and reports once validated and approved.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of performance flows, highlighting inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
  • Perform root cause analysis to understand underlying issues and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement and sustain solutions.
  • Present updates and facilitate meetings to drive improvements in retail operations.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of future processes.
  • Assist the North Europe Order Fulfilment Manager on various projects.
Minimum Requirements
  • Exceptional analytical skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • High attention to detail and consistent high standards.
  • Excellent Excel skills, including pivot tables and charts.
  • Strong communication skills, demonstrating passion and patience to deliver timely outputs.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience producing statistical data and reports.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Background in optics preferred.
  • Desirable but not essential: advanced knowledge of database management, SQL, etc.
