We're committed to helping elderly and vulnerable people live comfortably in their own homes in Gateshead, Whickham, Ryton, and surrounding areas. Our carers assist with everything from daily tasks to complex care needs. Every customer is unique, making each day different for our care assistants.

Unlike many companies, we pay for every minute you work, including travel time and mileage. This role is community-based, and candidates must drive and have access to their own vehicle.

What We Offer
  • An excellent rate of £12.50 per hour, equivalent to over £13 per hour including travel time
  • Enhancements on bank holidays
  • Paid travel time between calls in Gateshead, Whickham, Ryton, and nearby areas
  • Full training induction and a 12-week mentor program
  • Ongoing training and support
  • Blue Light card to save money
  • Smartphone technology for ease of work
  • Access to industry-recognized qualifications and professional development
  • Staff incentive programs
  • Free uniform
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Supporting customers with personal care, medication, meal preparation, use of aids and equipment, and home management
  • Promoting health and well-being to enable customers to live full lives
Candidate Profile

We seek kind, caring, and patient individuals who genuinely care for our customers as if they were family. We provide comprehensive training and development to ensure you're well-equipped for the role.

Work Flexibility and Conditions

We understand your personal life is important. Our shifts are between 7am and 10pm, and you can choose full-time or part-time hours. Flexibility is appreciated, but the role requires working alternate weekends.

We celebrate our team year-round, whether it's birthdays, holidays, or just because. We’re a family committed to supporting you every day.
