Job description

ARNE is an apparel and footwear brand/retailer based in Birchwood Park near Warrington, UK. We design and develop our products in the UK, manufacture in the near & far east and then ship directly to our customers, via ARNEclo.com. We have recently branched out and are now also available via Selfridges both in store and online.

We have ambitious objectives over the next decade with the team believing all targets are achievable through new product category launches in shoes and womenswear alongside the creation of paid media, CRM activity and further international growth to amplify the great product / brand assets we have already created.

We have come a long way from Mum's bungalow where it started in 2018, to our all-new fully bespoke HQ. This office will be our home for the next 5-10 years at least and although it's not quite our style to shout too loudly, the place where we aim to take the brand GLOBAL and become a truly iconic UK brand.

Reporting to our Studio Manager, you'll be responsible for retouching images that meet our brand guidelines used across our e-commerce platform and marketing usage.

Requirements

Main responsibilities

  1. Image editing and colour correction/match images with garments/products ensuring consistent colour accuracy
  2. Retouching high volume of images to include batch processing, resizing and alignment
  3. Clipping a variety of products including Model, footwear, apparel and accessories
  4. Retouch model and still life
  5. Retouching creative images
  6. Accurately follow detailed retouching guidelines
  7. Ensuring that high-quality standards are maintained
  8. Maintain and organise assets on our e-commerce platform and internal catalogue

Essential Experience And Skills
  1. Exceptional colour-correcting skills
  2. Must have exceptional attention to detail
  3. Previous experience working within a similar eCommerce photographic studio or creative agency in a similar image processing or creative production role
  4. Exceptional Adobe Photoshop Skills
  5. Strong knowledge and understanding of retouching workflows
  6. Must be a completer-finisher, diligent and very well-organised
  7. Ability to take initiative and work calmly under pressure
  8. Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to change priorities quickly and accept change with a positive attitude
  9. Ability to maintain a high quality of work whilst working in a fast-paced environment
  10. Must have a strong work ethic and willingness to meet deadlines
