Clean Team Member
Tunbridge Wells FWC | Facilities | Bank | Part time
£12.58 per hour

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

If you help us create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers, your contribution will be highly valued.

As a Clean Team Member at our gym, you will be responsible for organising your work and planning your time with support from a Team Leader to ensure that cleaning tasks do not interfere with the customer experience. You will use the latest cleaning equipment and products, supported by comprehensive training. A friendly nature and good communication skills will be beneficial when interacting with colleagues and customers.

As a Clean Team Member, your responsibilities include:

  1. Cleaning and preparing various areas within the club
  2. Providing excellent care and attention to our customers
  3. Taking pride in your work
  4. Following cleaning procedures to ensure the environment is clean, safe, and pleasant for customers, with experience in a similar role being advantageous
  5. Operating equipment safely, such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines, and carpet cleaners
  6. Performing a variety of tasks including cleaning gyms, changing rooms, showers, poolside areas, waste removal, and periodic deep cleaning
