Purpose of Position |
A one-year full-time position to work with CPE and DCBS technical teams to resolve early system challenges, improve data accuracy, and support automated reporting features.

Primary Responsibilities |
- Work closely with IT teams at both CPE and DCBS to understand system needs, identify issues, and provide solutions;
- Identify and troubleshoot initial system issues, provide technical support, and track issues;
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance data quality and prevent future discrepancies;
- Work on automating reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate data generation for various stakeholders;
- Create clear documentation for system use, including troubleshooting guides, best practices for data entry, and reporting procedures and conduct training to ensure non-technical staff can use systems.
