Job description

We are currently recruiting for a full-time experienced extrusion operative in the Norwich area. Your role will play a key part in existing production and new product development. This will require a ‘hands-on’ attitude who will provide extrusion manufacturing support and be instrumental in the production process.

Your role will include but not be limited to supporting product development, product preparation, cleaning and maintenance of machines and the factory, which is fundamental to daily production.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Hands-on attitude
  • Previous food manufacturing experience
  • Flexibility within factory working hours with potential for overtime

What you'll be up to:

  • Ensuring factory standards are maintained to BRCGS Food Standards
  • Liaising with the management team
  • Manufacturing products following company processes
  • Supporting the technical manager by providing product development support
  • Completing production and cleaning records

The successful candidate will be working a 37.5 hour week on a Monday to Friday basis with a 30-minute lunch break.
