Progression opportunities:

Once you pass your probation and master the art of cooking our famous medium-rare burger and rosemary chips, you can progress to the Grill Master position with a pay increase.

The role and You:

We’re looking for a Grill Chef who believes in great, fresh food and “old school” hospitality to make someone’s day. You will be responsible for controlling a grill section, working closely with your Head Chef, Sous Chef, and team to maintain high standards of food quality, health & safety, and kitchen operations. Upon successful completion of your probation and demonstrating mastery of the grill section, you will be nominated for promotion to Grill Master. We aim to foster a culture of loyalty, positivity, and opportunity, recognizing your positive impact on the team and customers.
