We are looking for individuals with working knowledge or solid qualifications in applied physics, electro-optics, signal processing, artificial intelligence, radar systems, robotics and autonomy, applied mathematics and statistics, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, and advanced servo control engineering.
This role is based onsite in Southampton, Basildon, or Bristol on a hybrid basis.

As a Systems Engineer, you will bridge the gap between theoretical possibilities and practical implementation in real systems. We need talented scientists and engineers to transform early concepts into working radar solutions.
You do not need an engineering background to make a difference; many of our System Engineers come from scientific backgrounds.
