Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated engineer with expertise in structural integrity and offshore structures. The ideal candidate will have leadership qualities and a passion for delivering results.

• Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (Bachelors or Honours)
• 6+ years of experience in Structural Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related fields
• Chartered or working towards Chartered Status
• Strong knowledge of offshore structures and integrity management; operator experience is a plus
• Leadership skills, capable of managing teams and delivering projects on schedule
• Willingness to work directly with clients, including on-site at their offices when required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel offshore if necessary
