Salary: Up to £53,200 (pro-rata, DOE)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Welcome Bonus: £3000 (payable as one payment of £1,500 after one month and another £1,500 upon completion of your final probation period. T&Cs apply.)
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only (scope for full-time 52-week contract; please get in touch to discuss)
Professional Development: £2,000 training allowance for role-specific training tailored to your needs
Working within a multi-disciplinary team (MDT), you will contribute to assessments and intervention plans for the people we support, focusing on EHCP targets and informed by MDT consultations, observations, and assessments. The role involves supporting individuals with varying levels of functioning, many with autism and complex needs, requiring a systemic and formulation-based approach.
You will be part of a team including a Speech and Language Therapist, psychologist, and other professionals, taking a holistic and integrated approach to care, education, and clinical services.
