EK Outreach Services is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to deliver personalized education to students facing barriers to mainstream schooling. This full-time role involves teaching, pastoral support, and coordination with families and external agencies to ensure students' educational needs are met. Candidates should have QTS or equivalent and experience with SEND students.

About EK Outreach Services
EK Outreach Services provides specialist 1:1 and 2:1 support to students who cannot access mainstream schooling due to SEND, mental health challenges, medical needs, or other barriers. Our aim is to re-engage, inspire, and empower students, ensuring they achieve their academic and personal potential.
We work closely with local authorities, schools, and families to provide bespoke education and support, delivering high-quality learning both in students' homes and in community settings.
Role Overview
As an Outreach Coordinator (Teaching Role), you will be responsible for coordinating students’ induction and educational programmes, as well as delivering personalised education to students across the Midlands. This role combines teaching, pastoral support, and administrative coordination to ensure each student receives a high-quality, tailored learning experience.
You will work closely with students, families, staff, and external agencies to create and implement individualised learning plans, monitor progress, and ensure that educational and well-being needs are met.

Please note this role is a two staged interview process: the first stage will be an online interview via Zoom. The second stage will involve visiting our Head Office in London for a face-to-face interview.
