Job description

Purchase Ledger Clerk role waiting to be filled in the New Year.

Venn Group have been approached by a Private Company, and would like to introduce the following available position.

Position: Purchase Ledger Clerk

Location: Leeds (Office Based)

Hourly Rate: £13.70 an hour PAYE including holiday pay

Length: 12 weeks temp to perm

Hours: 37.5 hours p/week 8:30am - 5pm

The role will predominantly involve:

  • Processing, coding a high volume of invoices initially
  • Handling customer queries via telephone/email
  • General Bookkeeping and bank reconciliation
  • Monitoring the purchase ledger inbox

The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar role, have a basic knowledge of Excel including VLOOKUP’s/Pivot Tables, and be available at short notice.
