About The Role
Beaumont College provides personalized pathways for special school leavers, supporting them to become independent and fulfilling adults.
Area Team Leaders oversee a cohort of residents and support staff, involved from application through transition, ensuring person-centered care plans are developed, reviewed, and implemented effectively.
They work with multidisciplinary teams including nurses, therapists, and specialists to support residents' needs.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing rotas, maintaining resources, overseeing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations. They also support staff development, participate in meetings, and lead on safeguarding and recruitment.
Location: Lancaster
Hours: 37 hours per week (52 weeks)
Key Responsibilities:
