About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, creative, and commercially minded Commercial & Social Media Lead to oversee an exciting summer project. This hands-on role involves managing a seasonal pop-up store in Mallorca, creating engaging social media content, and handling eCommerce fulfillment within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily operations of the Mallorca pop-up store (remote and in-person).
2. Plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
3. Manage customer support and fulfillment for the online store (including Amazon).
4. Monitor campaign performance and support seasonal marketing activities.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in retail operations, project coordination, or brand campaigns.
• Confident content creator with an eye for digital trends.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with Amazon/eCommerce fulfillment or direct-to-consumer platforms is a plus.
• Willing to travel to Mallorca; Spanish language skills are advantageous.
