Job description

Job title: Family Senior Solicitor

Location: Canterbury

Salary: £60,000-£75,000

PQE Level: 8+ PQE

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

We are seeking a qualified Senior Family Lawyer to join our client's impressive team of 10 specialist lawyers. The ideal candidate must be either CILEx or SRA qualified with at least 10 years of PQE.

The successful candidate will have experience advising clients on all aspects of Private Family Law, including:

  1. Child-related disputes
  2. Divorce processes
  3. Financial remedy negotiations
  4. Injunctive applications
  5. Disputes between unmarried couples
  6. Pre- and post-marital agreements

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic business developer, keen to engage in these activities and be a team player, willing to work closely with colleagues whilst supervising junior members of the team.
