I am recruiting for a ServiceNow Architect with experience of ITOM. This is a contract for 6 months initially, the role is hybrid working. Though the main office is central London based there could be travel to other parts of the UK on occasion.

Due to the nature of this role, we are looking for a clear and concise communicator, previous experience of dealing with stakeholders at various levels is a must.

Duties include but are not limited to:

1. Helping to design the CMDB Data model
2. Creating Service Mapping process documentation for clarity on next step of the implementation.
3. Helping to create a plan with colleagues on how discovery will be built

Key skills & Experience needed:

1. In depth knowledge of & experience in ITOM
   • ServiceNow ITOM implementations
   • ServiceNow CMDB Architecture
   • Certification advantageous
2. Experience designing, deploying, and managing ServiceNow Discovery solutions
3. Experienced in developing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining Discovery governance processes, procedures, standards, and policies
4. Can create and maintain Service Mapping-related documentation
5. Experience with Public and private cloud solutions such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and their corresponding APIs.
6. Familiarity with industry-standard communication protocols such as HTTP, TCP, SNMP, SOAP, and REST.
