Job Description

Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? We’re looking for a Service Delivery Executive to support the smooth operation of our End Point Assessment (EPA) service.

Contract Duration: 6 months fixed-term

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Initially, you will be required to work in the office daily for the first 3-4 weeks. Afterwards, you may work from home with occasional office visits as needed.

Experience Level: Experienced

Salary: 450,296.00 INR

Role Details
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of EPA services, including uploading results, verifying evidence compliance, managing certificates, troubleshooting errors, and supporting UK teams.
  • Maintain and update data systems, such as Excel trackers, and improve processes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing advice, support, and training as needed.
  • Monitor activities to meet quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
