What you'll do...

1. Explain membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective members to facilitate account decisions, encourage renewals, and promote products and services.
2. Provide customer service by addressing member needs, assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting products while maintaining safety.
3. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the car wash and gas station areas, ensure accurate signage, and handle claims and returns properly.
4. Receive, stock, and organize merchandise and supplies, and complete necessary paperwork and logs.
5. Operate equipment such as cash registers and maintain the gas station and car wash equipment according to policies.
