Located in South London, Lambeth Borough is a vibrant community of over 317,600 residents. It stretches from Streatham in the South to Waterloo in the North, and is the 9th largest borough in London. The Capital Studio is part of the Infrastructure and Capital Delivery team within the Enabling Service. The team’s main goal is to deliver projects for internal clients such as Transport, Sustainability, and Parks, benefiting Lambeth residents and visitors.
The key responsibility is to oversee the delivery of a portfolio of high-profile, complex capital and non-capital Highway Asset Improvement Projects, each up to £10m, ensuring they meet specified outputs within budget, on time, and to the required quality. The post-holder will establish and work closely with extensive internal and external supply chains and stakeholders.
