BERT OGDEN FIESTA CHEVROLET SERVICE ADVISOR
Join our team as a Service Advisor at Bert Ogden Fiesta Chevrolet. This full-time role involves scheduling service work, selling additional services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, emails, and drive-in inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Return missed communications and escalate technical issues to the Shop Foreman or Service Manager.
- Accurately record customer issues and data into the Dealer Management System.
- Walk customers through transactions, provide estimates, and update on vehicle status.
- Coordinate vehicle detailing, delivery, and pickup times.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair methods, tools, and materials.
- Experience with automotive tools, electrical test equipment, and operational systems.
- Understanding of automotive repair and servicing techniques.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to learn new automotive technologies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cooperatively.
- Proficiency with Dealer Management Systems, Outlook, and MS Office.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of mechanical operations.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Valid Texas driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and ability to pass drug and background checks.
