BERT OGDEN FIESTA CHEVROLET SERVICE ADVISOR

Join our team as a Service Advisor at Bert Ogden Fiesta Chevrolet. This full-time role involves scheduling service work, selling additional services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and drive-in inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Return missed communications and escalate technical issues to the Shop Foreman or Service Manager.
  • Accurately record customer issues and data into the Dealer Management System.
  • Walk customers through transactions, provide estimates, and update on vehicle status.
  • Coordinate vehicle detailing, delivery, and pickup times.
  • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair methods, tools, and materials.
  • Experience with automotive tools, electrical test equipment, and operational systems.
  • Understanding of automotive repair and servicing techniques.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Willingness to learn new automotive technologies.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cooperatively.
  • Proficiency with Dealer Management Systems, Outlook, and MS Office.
Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical operations.
  • Sales experience preferred.
  • Valid Texas driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and ability to pass drug and background checks.
