Do you have 1 year’s experience in either Interior Design or Architecture and want to join an award-winning consultancy that values its employees?

We are currently looking for a Design Assistant to join our client, a successful Art Consultancy in Dubai. You will collaborate with the team to prepare proposals, create visual presentations and technical drawings, and maintain accurate project documentation.

You will also be responsible for issuing specifications, monitoring quality during installations, and facilitating effective communication between artists and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.

Working hours:

• 9.00am – 6.00pm
• Hours can be flexible by 1 hour

The successful Design Assistant will be offered:

• Salary: 5,000 – 8,000 AED

• Driving license and own car
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
• Strong creative and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects

Key duties of the Design Assistant include:

• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure consistency in design delivery
• Assist in drafting, developing, and formatting proposals aligned with project goals and client needs
• Create visual presentations, digital mock-ups, and technical drawings for client proposals
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and maintain detailed design and technical data sheets
• Assist in sourcing artists and suppliers
• Maintain accurate documentation and records, such as client approvals, MOMs (Minutes of Meetings), and site reports, ensuring they are well-organized and accessible
• Help monitor and ensure the quality of installations and on-site styling, making sure products meet specifications and client expectations
