Are you passionate about shaping the future of investment operations? We’re looking for a dynamic and collaborative individual to join our team as an Investment Initiatives Analyst. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a major transformation programme, working across global investment teams to help define and implement a best-in-class Strategic Target Operating Model (STOM).

What you’ll be doing:

1. Collaborating with investment teams to define best practices in investment processes
2. Partnering with functional leads to deliver the STOM operating model
3. Providing thought leadership to harmonise process design across global teams
4. Becoming a subject matter expert in the STOM model and CRIMS platform
5. Engaging with technology teams to shape system solutions for a global model
6. Working with middle and back office teams to build a scalable investment framework
7. Identifying operational overlaps and recommending centralisation opportunities
8. Assessing operational risks and proposing effective mitigation strategies

Qualifications

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Investment Initiatives Analyst to join our team on a fixed-term contract.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end investment processes
• Experience across asset classes, instruments, and investment strategies
• Proven ability to design scalable investment processes
• Familiarity with technology migration in an investment context
